Ringo is one of the kindest men I know. He suffered an abusive stepmother and had to become invisible. Depressed from the age of six, and resistant to SSRI's, he came to me for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy which gave him relief from his depression, but did not cure it. Writing and playing music has been a huge factor in his will to keep going. At the end of this episode we are blessed with his powerful music.

Recognized by the Peyote People in Texas as a non Tribal-4/4th, full blood American Indian with intact knowledge of her ancestral descendancy that spans 50,000 years, a history that has been maintained orally and recently verified scientifically. Mary's wisdom is transformative. listening to her I can feel new–old truths–arise in me.
