Our Guest Ina Qema is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in New York. She is a co-chair of The New York MFT Network, an interest group of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy that advances the profession of marriage and family therapy. In addition, she is a member of the Global Rapid Response Team for Disaster Shock. Ina is originally from Albania and her growth in this field has been inspired by the desire to want to make a change in her community. Her efforts have been recognized, and she was selected as the 11th nominee in a list of 40 under 40 in Albania. She was also a presenter at the Oxford Symposium Conference.
