In the same way, some hear the promise of everlasting life yet hesitate to follow Christ because of what they might have to give up. But today, Pastor Ken reminds you that what Christ offers is far greater than anything this world can give. He is the only way to the Father, and in Him is true life. Choose Jesus; choose everlasting life.

Sometimes in our lives, we judge certain sins harshly while overlooking others. We can become so focused on the speck in our brother’s eye that we fail to see the log in our own. This kind of thinking allows sin to remain in our lives, leading to a hardened heart. That’s why Pastor Ken reminds us not to give room to any sin we’re holding onto. We can’t live in hypocrisy - we must stay in God’s Word and allow Him to transform our entire lives, not just the parts we allow Him to change.

We live in a world that can feel dark at times. Yet as Christians, we can confuse what God wants for our lives with what our flesh desires, often leading us away from His will. That’s why Pastor Ken encourages us to be mindful of who we’re joined to in our relationships - especially in marriage. Because the world is filled with sin, now is the time to stand firm in the teachings of Jesus Christ and let our lives be a light, pointing others toward Him. Now more than ever, we must be grounded in the Word of God.

Many times in our lives, when we feel wronged or betrayed, we write people off. We turn our backs on them, block them, ghost them, the whole nine yards. But that response isn’t from God; it comes from our flesh, telling us people aren’t worthy of forgiveness and that we’re better off without them.
