Ep. 3 | "Mirrors"

In this week’s episode, we team up with Jen G (founder of @TrulyYoursByJenMarie) and Kevin Arias (host of @theunperfectpodcast) to discuss the importance of self-love, self-awareness, and understanding how that transcends into relationships with a spouse, family, and friends. We discuss our initial reactions to his death (02:30) & how tragedies like these affect us in our everyday lives (17:50). Darrell shares his thoughts on the grieving process & how explaining to his 8-year-old daughter how much Kobe meant to him has only brought him closer to her (22:58).
