This realization led to the establishment of JD Medical, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care. We delved into the various services JD Medical offers, including primary care, wound care, podiatry, and mental health services. Dino explained how their initial focus on wound care evolved as they received requests from patients for additional services, prompting them to expand their offerings based on community needs. They even launched a transportation service, Clark County Medical Transport, to assist patients who struggle with transportation to medical appointments. Throughout our conversation, Dino emphasized the importance of quality service and patient satisfaction, which has resulted in impressive growth for JD Medical. In just one year, they have expanded from a small team to 30 employees and have served over 2,000 patients, all through referrals and word-of-mouth, without a marketing budget. Dino also shared his vision for the future of JD Medical, including plans for further expansion into Arizona and the introduction of new services. He expressed a strong commitment to creating an employee-owned company, where staff members have a stake in the business, fostering motivation and loyalty.
