The next few episodes are going to be a series on k1nk and the ethics around indulging in more "tab00" fantasies. Part one is an intro to consent and k1nk: what it is, what it is NOT and dispelling some common myths and misconceptions. With k1nk and SM being the "trendy" new thing, I think it's important to talk about what these practices actually look like in real life. 19. What race am I?

Whether on cam or in my real life, I get asked this question A LOT (like to a degree that, it honestly makes me really uncomfortable). So I decided to make an episode dedicated to answering this question, my personal experience with it, and why I personally don't like to talk about it. I want to make it perfectly clear, that I am not speaking for any other group or individuals. I am only speaking for myself and my personal preferences around my racial monikers. 18. Hope

Even for the most positive people, hope can sometimes be hard to come by. What brings one person hope, may not work for another. Some days we are filled with love and inspiration, and other times we're hard pressed to find anything besides doubt and despair. So this episode is about all the things that bring me hope and keep me striving, even when it's dark and I can't quite see where I'm going. This episode was recorded right before I left on holiday, so you can hear me stamping and gluing all of your holiday cards in the background. 17. Tis the season

This is a really great episode for anyone who struggles with depression or knows someone who does. There is a lot of pressure around the holidays to be joyful and put on a happy face, but not everyone feels the "holiday cheer." In this episode I talk about my personal experience with seasonal depression and the things I do that help keep me steady grinding through the chilly winter months. One of the major things I do is focus on compassion and gratitude. I put this into practice by making holiday cards for all of my fans, friends and family. 16. Sobering up

Getting sober was a real turning point in my life and has played a large role in keeping me in my integrity. In this episode I talk about drug and alcohol addiction, specifically, my own. Similar to the episode "Overcoming Anxiety and Fear," I felt like it was important to talk about.
