The skill of listening

I’m this episode, I talk about Michael Beckwith’s life visioning process. I share a story about how I had a vision for the self mastery boot camp I’m launching and how I took that vision and took action on it. I inquire with the listener in what their vision is and what three things needs to be done to move in the direction of that and have them set dates. How to connect to your purpose in any category

In this episode, I used a structure called the core causes to identify what was causing me to feel resistant to the category of health and fitness. I went through an exercise called seven levels deep to identify my true purpose in this category with the intention of being pulled forward to my life vision.
