After listening to "Life Without", a podcast detailing the murder trial of Heath Stotts and the prior abuse he suffered while in the Boy Scouts, we decide to dig into the Hulu Documentary "Leave No Trace" which explores the larger scope of sexual abuse by scout leaders that has persisted for over 100 years.
The Last Repair Shop
This week, Aunt Ne and Clay take a break from review the Weekly series to talk about the Hulu documentary The Last Repair Shop. Since the late 1950's, Los Angeles public schools have offered free instrument rentals to any student who wants to learn to play. Included in this free rental is the maintenance of the instruments. This doc interviews students who have benefited from the program and gives us the life stories of the employees of the last instrument repair shop in the district.
