hey guys Back with an episode all around not feeling in control around food. Which is a statement i used to say a lot to myself & one i hear a lot from new clients who work with me. Firstly its not that you cant control yourself around food its that your body doesn't feel safe around food. You don't trust yourself around food, listening to your body or making choices for yourself. Self trust is one of the main things that you work on when it comes to healing your relationship with food because its the main thing that is lost when you spend years yo yo dieting, in the binge restrict cycle or always restricting. Dieting is not the issue, fatloss is not the issue but being in that way of thinking ALL of the time is the issue Todays episode we talk all things self trust.
