For too long we have silenced victims of sexual assault and domestic violence while never holding the perpetrators accountable for their harmful and vile actions; I guess that’s the workings of misogyny & white supremacy for you. Also, it’s sad that some of you that are women and femme presenting individuals cape for the same men that have oppressive & violent behaviors. I continue to say that we’ll never be free if we all don’t stop participating in these misogynistic behaviors. 42. Loss, Grief & A Question?

Hi everyone, I'm back. I've been dealing with soooooo much on my plate and I am hanging in there. At this point, I'm tired of crying, but I will let the tears fall from my face as long as that pain and sorrow doesn't stay inside my body; have to release it as much as possible. Losing a grandparent is a natural occurrence as we go from children to adults. I'm glad that I was being prepared for the loss as it made it more of a reality that it was going to happen. Now that I have a parent in the hospital right afterwards, it kind of makes my stress level higher. Right now, I am praying for healing (mental and physical), grace, mercy, favor, peace and a full recovery for my parent. In Jesus name I pray, AMEN.
