In this episode, I’m sharing the 4 biggest weight loss mistakes that kept me stuck for years, the very things that delayed my progress and kept me trapped in the exhausting cycle of starting over, giving up, and wondering why nothing was truly changing. These mistakes impacted me in four major ways: 1. My Mindset — Relying on someone else to do it with me I learned the hard way that no one could do this journey for me. Everything changed the moment I stopped waiting for someone else and chose myself. 2. My Nutrition — Restricting without truly learning I knew how to diet, but I didn’t actually understand nutrition. I spent years restricting instead of learning how to fuel my body in a sustainable way. 3. My Continued Progress — Working hard, but not smarter I thought working harder was always the answer, but without understanding how to support my metabolism, I was unknowingly making long-term progress much harder. 4.
