Welcome to The Womb Garden. I’m Bethany, a birth doula, and in this episode I offer a gentle due date meditation for anyone approaching—or moving past—their estimated due date. This calming practice is designed to be replayed morning or night as your due date nears or after it passes, helping you soften anxiety, release pressure, and return to the present moment with greater ease and acceptance. Through grounding language, breath awareness, and nurturing affirmations, you’re invited to lay down worries, expectations, and the weight of timelines—remembering that due dates are estimates, not deadlines. While this meditation centers pregnancy and birth, it’s also supportive for anyone feeling under pressure, rushed, or constrained by expectations or “deadlines.” You’re encouraged to reconnect with your body’s wisdom, trust your inner rhythm, and honor your experience just as it is. This episode offers emotional support and relaxation only and is not a substitute for medical care. Please continue to follow the guidance of your care provider for you and your baby’s wellbeing. Come as you are. Settle into your body. Breathe. There is no rush—only this moment, held with tenderness and care.
