It was Manchester United who left it late at the London Stadium on Sunday morning vs West Ham. 2-1 was the final score, but everything seemed to heat up just at the stroke of the 90th minute. Cristiano Ronaldo is back scoring goals for Manchester United and his brace in United's 4-1 win vs Newcastle was just another example of his greatness. It was a different story mid week in the Champions League opener. It was more than exciting to see Cristiano back in the Theater of Dreams. The Red Devils are top of the league after 4 matches and look to stay that way. Transfer deadline day// NFL Week 1 preview
This has been the wildest transfer window in my lifetime and it is not even close. So many moves and deals that will shape the footballing landscape for the next couple years and also some moves that seem to be inevitable in the future. This just another example that sport is not just sport in this day and age, but even more of a corporation as ever. The NFL pre season is now officially over, and the next games that will be played will count. Who will get off to a flying start to open the brand new season?
