Jim Powell - Leaving The Right Way.

You found The Worship Hangover. We are all about telling the stories of people who live and breath ministry no matter the size of their congregation. I’ve got to tell you upfront, I’m really excited about this one. Today we talk with Jim Powell. I first met Jim as a result of his excellent book on Church vision development and implementation entitled Dirt Matters. I have also experienced Jim’s ministry as he has consulted for a church planting organization I am a part of, and he has helped mentor me through some transitions with the congregation I serve. Beyond being a leadership and mentoring guru, Jim has seen much success in his Lead Minister role at Richwoods Christian Church in Peoria, IL. A ministry post that he is currently wrapping up in a very non-traditional way. Please leave us a positive review on iTunes and share this with at least one friend who would find it interesting. If you would like to be on an upcoming episode, email dallas@theworshiphangover.com. That's all we have for this week, so until the next episode drops. Pray for us, and know that we are praying for you.
