For me, I found some resemblance of my true self sitting on a beach with just my thoughts watching the sunrise. For many, like myself, I was born into a completely stable socioeconomic “village” built around the idea of empowering me to chase the highest and best use of my life. For many minorities, that “village” is broken, struggling or flat out broken… Therein lies the change - if you can focus all your energy into helping one person by being a positive addition to their village, you are fundamentally making the world a better place.
