This is a live recording from the New Year Embodiment event I hosted to close out 2025 and step into 2026 with clarity and intention. In this Yoga Nidra / NSDR practice, we begin by gently relaxing the nervous system so the body can soften and the mind can quiet. From this grounded, receptive state, you’re guided to connect with your sankalpa — a New Year intention that comes from inner truth rather than pressure or goals. This practice supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, and embodied intention-setting, making it a powerful way to begin the year or return to whenever you need clarity and grounding.
