We start discussing what, you first need to decide what, before you know why, or when, but hopefully you know who. This is a playful discussion about recovery and kind of what it looks like. We are a father/daughter duo and our superpower is making you laugh about something you should not feel guilty/bad/self-conscience/about. If you're in crisis, hopefully, we can help.
