Savannah’s entertainment scene is about to get a little wilder—and a lot funnier. On January 22nd at 8:00 p.m., the curtains at Victory North will rise for the return of "Standup Stripdown," a high-energy production that successfully bridges the gap between classic stand-up comedy and the art of comedic burlesque. Following a string of sold-out performances last year, producers Jane Holiday and Marty Milquetoast (Justin Kent) are bringing the "hilarious through and through" variety show back to the city for a 21+ audience.The concept for “Standup Stripdown” grew out of Marty Milquetoast’s desire to create a production that felt authentic to his own creative roots.
