Self Empathy and Forgiveness

I’m constantly hearing about how important it is to forgive. One of the main tenants of spirituality is in order to grow one mustn't have that negative unforgiveness energy in their surroundings so that one doesn’t swim in it and bring negativity back to one's life in the form of aggravating events one way or another. https://annmariedavis.com/kilimanjaro/ [https://annmariedavis.com/kilimanjaro/] The shadow of the mother online course [https://sarahpeyton.com/?seg_cid=36814&utm_source=ActiveCampaign&utm_medium=email&utm_content=Shadow%20of%20the%20Mother&utm_campaign=Campaign-Shadow%20of%20the%20Mother-Email%20II] Your Resonant Self Workbook: From Self-sabotage to Self-care [https://a.co/d/593pUCz] When olive trees weep [https://email.kinema.com/e/c/eyJlbWFpbF9pZCI6ImRnUzZuQVVEQU0tUENzNlBDZ0dUOU9RWVpzeTZKR1hMWDBiNlgwZz0iLCJocmVmIjoiaHR0cHM6Ly9raW5lbWEuY29tL2ZpbG1zL3doZXJlLW9saXZlLXRyZXMtd2VlcC1sM2p1Z2c_dXRtX2NhbXBhaWduPVVzZXIrTmV3c2xldHRlciUzQStHaWZ0aW5nK0Fubm91bmNlbWVudCstK1doZXJlK09saXZlK1RyZWVzK1dlZXBcdTAwMjZ1dG1fY29udGVudD1Vc2VyK05ld3NsZXR0ZXIlM0ErR2lmdGluZytBbm5vdW5jZW1lbnQrLStXaGVyZStPbGl2ZStUcmVlcytXZWVwXHUwMDI2dXRtX21lZGl1bT1lbWFpbF9hY3Rpb25cdTAwMjZ1dG1fc291cmNlPWN1c3RvbWVyLmlvIiwiaW50ZXJuYWwiOiJiYTljMDUwNWRlN2JjZjhmMGEiLCJsaW5rX2lkIjo4ODU2fQ/cc27c3475edeb5e781d8d858257ea12dc70c3ded4ff97e958c73c0e8edf40d78] https://freeditorial.com/en/books/the-color-purple  https://ebcrs.org/profile/rev-e/

Who am I Mad At?

Several years ago, I had a brief email correspondence with the woman who sued the Wachowski brothers for copywrite for The Matrix. I briefly reflect on my impression of her situation. I don't know how everything ended. In this episode, I reflect on why I'm always getting mad at people, places and things, as I got mad at a popup on my computer. I did all of this in the light of knowing that all things are in a very real way, interdependent. In a real sense all life is inter-related. All men are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be, and you can never be what you ought to be until I am what I ought to be. This is the inter-related structure of reality. - Martin Luther King Jr.
