Things I Never Said To Myself
In this episode, I talk about the fear of not being enough. The fear that everyone will find out you’re a fraud: not smart enough, not attractive enough, not wealthy enough. I sit with the tension of experiencing imposter syndrome as a scholarship student and explore the trap of constantly comparing myself to others. I also share a deep analogy my Chemistry teacher once told me about life that has stayed with me. I hope this helps you love yourself a little better 💛 This episode was inspired by Marianne Williamson’s poem Our Deepest Fear.
