Things I want my kids to know
I've been watching my kids at sports days and it has made me think about the kinds of beliefs we can develop about ourselves. "I am no good at running / maths / painting / dancing..." Beliefs that are black-and-white, with the assumption that things are never going to change. In this episode I talk (slowly - I was mega-hot) about how this can be limiting, and how we can look at things in a more helpful, flexible way. Thank you for listening.
