Are we Enabling Abuse in Spiritual Communities?

In this episode I share a personal experience around abuse within spiritual communities, as well as the depths of nuance around it. How it can be difficult to identify and more than anything how entire communities often enable the abuse in the name of “love and light” while using spirituality unintentionally to perpetuate and sometimes re traumatize survivors of abuse. This episodes intention is to bring awareness and also to call in for accountability as well as call communities to step up and become truly trauma informed to be able to hold true safe containers for people’s healing.
