In this episode, Toby sits down with Clare Sacco, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 at 25. After undergoing treatment, Clare thought she had conquered it, but in 2023 her cancer returned, this time incurable but treatable. Claire is passionate about raising awareness for incurable cancer, after noticing a gap in support for adults 18-40 facing it. After being sick for 14 months, in hospital for 116 days, and being given two weeks to live, a stem cell donor saved Stephen’s life in 2015. 8 years later, he solo-travelled South America for 14 months to match the number of days he spent in hospital, but ended up travelling for 414 days instead!
