A 20 yEAr old aloha ‘āina who jumps in authentically and whole hEArtedly, trusting herself to dew the work. hEAr how she came up with the logo and her ‘aha moment story of coming into being who she is today during a trip to Aotearoa, grounded and growing, and a student of life. In full gratitude to all things that have nourished her, she is a gift to the lāhui and an embodiment of what independence looks like in the service of the collective. The shift that comes with the change in sEAsons has arrived! And Episode 8, with none other than my oldest friend, Pearl Hāweo Ka’iama, is the ringing in of the times! The 3 months age difference between us mirrored by my youngest and her first, mark just one of the magical connections we share. Dive into the well of plenty that is Hāweo in all her phases. A stark advocate for wāhine, māmā, mākua, Hawai’i, and self. A walking celebration of our kūpuna, and here to kumu us through with grace. Mahalo piha for sharing your thrive in resilience story.
