Description * Cardio is Not an Effective way to Lose Fat  * Especially if you think you can do cardio and then eat junk food after as a reward. * The ONLY thing that is going to help you lose fat fast is eating better/healthier food you make at home. * You can’t outrun a bad diet. * I tried for Years.   * I Ran 3-5 Miles a day every day and was still super fat at 22 Years old. Because I ate poison food. It didn’t work because you can’t outrun a bad diet * Now At 38 Years old I am super lean without doing any cardio, because I eat real/healthy food that I make myself.
