Truth, Measured Podcast
Is “spirituality” enough, or is there something deeper that God is actually calling us into? In this episode, we unpack the difference between spirituality and true relationship with God, and why accepting Jesus is not optional if you desire real connection with the Father. So many claim to be “spiritual,” but Scripture makes it clear, not every path leads to God. ✨ “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven…” (Matthew 7:21–23) ✨ “You cannot come to the Father except through Me.” ✨ True religion is not performance, it’s purity of heart (James 1:27) God has always been relational. From the very beginning, He walked with Adam in the cool of the day, not out of obligation, but out of intimacy. That same invitation still stands today. This episode challenges you to examine: • Are you pursuing God, or just a version of Him you’ve created? • Do you know Jesus, or just know about Him? • Are you offering God all of you, or holding pieces back? 🎧 This is a call back to truth. 🎧 A call back to relationship. 🎧 A call to give God your ALL, because He already gave His. 💭 “All of me for all of You.” Scriptures referenced: Exodus 20:1-3 - “I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. · “You shall have no other gods before me. Matthew 7:21–23 - “Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven James 1:27 - Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
