In this episode, we explore why people with mental health conditions are more accurately called Mental Health Warriors. Having a mental health disorder is a chronic, persistent thing that isn’t a quick fix, or solved by doing one thing. It takes us seeking help out from multiple sources, and engaging in NECESSARY self-care. For us Mental Health Warriors, self-care is vital to us living life on our terms.
