UNSOLVED with Crime Guy
Geraldine Comiskey and I talk about Suzy’s disappearance, some of the similarities and differences to my other main case, Sophie Toscan du Plantier. We always try to put the focus on the victims on Crime Guy, but in this case, with no credible suspects at all, Suzy has always been the centre of her own story. I think of her as ‘officially missing’ but of course she was declared dead in a legal capacity on 27 July 1993. Having someone go missing puts the family in legal limbo and makes the situation even more maddening. You can read more about Suzy and her legacy at the Suzy Lamplugh Trust [https://www.suzylamplugh.org/Pages/Category/suzy-lamplugh] website. This is a public episode.
