Welcome to Season 2 of Untamed Voices. Over the past year, we’ve explored trauma, attachment, boundaries, nervous system healing, parts work, rest, relationships, and what it means to reclaim ourselves. Looking back, I realize all of those conversations were leading here. In this episode, I share one of the biggest shifts in my own healing journey: discovering that self-trust isn’t built through certainty—it’s built through learning that whatever comes next, we can meet it.
