Upgrade Your Day with… Events and Martin, Bruce & Mike

With the last episode of series 2 we take a backstage trip to the very first Upgrade Your Day Events produced show.  I am very excited to introduce a new branch of Upgrade Your Day with a range of events into the ever-growing mix of activities and products that I offer.  I will endeavour to deliver positive, uplifting and inspiring shows and events live and online. Some of these events will also include mindful workshops and extra activities to compliment the show and experience.   Experiencing theatre and performance is a wonderful mindful activity that I try to encourage to all on a daily basis. To be able to produce and offer this as a way to upgrade your day, weekend or night, of course, has been something I’ve wanted to do from the very start. Taking into account my 23 years working in the entertainment industry I have always wanted to infuse my passion for mindful activities into my performance work and create and share awareness in ways that are accessible to all. I will still be running my workshops, courses, rambles & podcasts as usual but will now be adding a new element to proceedings by bringing in my “other world” of live entertainment. This is with the hopes of bringing even more positive change and new ways of delivering mindfulness. She started her career as a ballet dancer and now taking on the comedy character, Joyce Grenfell.
