Sex T-Rex

Sex T-Rex (née Sexual Tyrannosaurus) is a Toronto-based Comedy troupe whose cinematic style, wild physicality and spot-on parody has delighted audiences across Canada and the USA. Darren Springer is one of the producers of the weekly comedy show Ossington Comedy. His humor writing has appeared in CBC Comedy, The Beaverton, and Splitsider. He is also the host of the upcoming standup show I Own 12 Hot Tubs, happening Tuesday April 23 at 8 PM at Comedy Bar.

Ghost Connectors

Watch as two ghost enthusiasts, Miles and Hanif, struggle to connect with spirits as well as the people around them. Miles Verweel and Hanif Jetha make up the comedy group called ‘Ghost Connectors’. They are an online video series, edited by Eli Speigel. Opposite most comedy groups, they don’t perform in real life, only through their series of videos.

Laura Cilevitz

Laura Cilevitz is a Toronto comedian who has appeared in shows like The Beaverton, Umbrella Academy, and more. She is part of a sketch comedy duo called ‘7 Minutes in Heaven’ with fellow comedian Josh Saltzman. She was once nominated for a Canadian Screen Award for Best Performance in Sketch Comedy (Individual or Ensemble). As part of 7 Minutes in Heaven, she also won the Tim Sims Encouragement Award at the 2008 Cream of Comedy competition.
