The family amulet has been passed onto Anna Work by Robert Work. The scientists summarize their findings at Arctic Station, Greenland. A story is told.

Episode 8: Orkney Island 1942

The US Navy destroyer Hambleton is torpedoed off Orkney Island and Robert Work, the Medical Officer, is taken to the hospital in Kirkwall.  He learns of the dispersal of the Work Clan after the Scottish Reformation.
