🎙️ JCZC Podcast | Ep. 32 "Is Qatar Targeting Black America?" 🔥 QATAR'S NEW INFLUENCE CAMPAIGN EXPOSED 🔥 What is Qatar really doing inside the United States—and why now? This conversation breaks down the strategy behind the headlines, revealing a deeper geopolitical play that extends far beyond education. Simeon Myers sits down with Pastor Dumisani Washington for a detailed and provocative discussion on Qatar's growing influence in American institutions—and what its recent moves may actually signal. At the center of the conversation: Qatar's decision to shut down its education foundation in the U.S. But is it truly a withdrawal… or a repositioning? 📚 FOLLOW THE MONEY. FOLLOW THE STRATEGY. Qatar has long funded Western education—K-12 systems, universities, and academic programs. Now, as it steps back publicly, questions arise about what comes next. Dumisani argues this is not retreat—it's recalibration. 🇺🇸 A major shift is underway: increased focus on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This raises a critical question—why now? The discussion examines whether these investments are designed to build influence within Black American communities, using education as the entry point. But this is only part of a much larger picture. 🌍 GLOBAL CONNECTIONS. GLOBAL CONSEQUENCES. Qatar's role is examined within a broader network of alliances and ideologies: • Its ties to the Muslim Brotherhood • Strategic relationships with Turkey and Iran • Its influence in shaping narratives around Israel and global anti-Semitism These are not isolated developments—they are interconnected strategies with global implications. 🧠 THE POWER OF NARRATIVE A key focus of the episode is how history is used—and sometimes manipulated. From the Israeli-Palestinian conflict to civil rights language, the conversation explores how narratives are shaped to influence public opinion, policy, and identity. Disinformation is not accidental—it is strategic. ✊ CIVIL RIGHTS, ACTIVISM, AND INFLUENCE The discussion draws a direct line between historical civil rights movements and modern geopolitical messaging. Dumisani challenges how the language of justice can be repurposed—raising questions about who is driving certain narratives, and to what end. 🌍 AFRICA: THE OVERLOOKED FRONTLINE One of the most critical insights: Africa's growing geopolitical importance. With a rising Christian Zionist population, Africa is positioned as a potential counterweight to extremist ideologies and foreign influence. Its role in the future of global alliances may be far greater than many realize. ⚠️ THIS IS ABOUT MORE THAN EDUCATION The episode frames Qatar's actions as part of a broader influence operation—one that intersects with politics, religion, race, and global power structures. The message is clear: These developments are strategic. They are coordinated. And they demand closer attention. 👉 Watch the full conversation. Analyze the details. Draw your own conclusions. 👇Timestamps 00:00 Qatar's Education Foundation Shutdown 07:42 The Influence of Qatar in Education 15:18 Qatar's Strategy and Global Influence 19:12 HBCUs and Qatar's New Focus 27:12 The Intersection of Anti-Semitism and Civil Rights 28:21 Qatar's Civil Rights and Labor Issues 30:23 Historical Context of Slavery in the Middle East 36:04 The Brutality of Modern Slavery 43:50 The Impact of Awareness on Qatar's Image 46:58 The Future of Africa and Israel Relations 🎙️Host: Simeon Myers: Residing in the US, Simeon oversees ARISE's day-to-day operations and initiatives.
