the feeling that you feel when you share what it is that God has called you to create, post, share etc. is 100% normal bc it shows that you care and you're passionate about what it is that you're sharing, especially if it's personal or vulnerable. embrace it, trust that God is walking with you through this process - even if at times it feels uncomfortable. God entrusted you with it, so believe that you're equipped and you have everything you need to go forth in your calling/purpose. no more stalling. get out of your own way, you have an assignment and they're people that are waiting to hear and see what it is that you've been called to share, EVEN if it feels uncomfortable. so lean not on your own understanding and go forth with the confidence you have in God. you got this! there's a cost to the calling. - [let God sustain you.]

self-imposed hearts are impacting how we relate to each other. -[Matthew 5:5-8].

"Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God." - Matthew 5:5-8 and to see God is to truly and lovingly see yourself and people, clearly. but somewhere along the lines, we have lost the art of being able to genuinely relate and connect to one other with love and compassion. what is a relationally self imposed heart? To be "self-imposed relationally" means voluntarily setting personal limits, rules, or boundaries within relationships to manage fear, maintain autonomy, or protect oneself. These are constraints you create—rather than those enforced by others—such as keeping emotional distance, being overly focused on yourself/your feelings, limiting vulnerability, or creating rigid standards for interaction. the only way to begin healing a self-imposed heart is to become self-aware of the condition of your heart, being honest and openly going to God with it. you can't heal what deny or hide - so the first step is acknowledging. the next step is inviting God into your heart so that he can heal you and the final step is surrendering. the truth is, we were never meant to process or go through life alone but self-imposed hearts, create a barrier that doesn't allow love in nor does it make it easier for you love/connect to God, yourself or others. so, i encourage you to meditate on: Psalm 139:23-24 and ask God to examine you & your heart. bc what you don't want to do is be the reason and barrier that's standing in the way of receiving God's love + what he has for you. my prayer is that, we stop being so self-imposed and we learn how God wants us to relate to Him, ourselves and others, so that we can then begin to have more fruitful relationships and stop bleeding on one another, bc we don't want to go to God in honesty about what's in hearts that needs to be healed. it takes time, so give yourself grace as you are allowing God to continue to do what only he has the power to do. yield to God, to be instructed.

i wanted to share this revelation that I had with God. (after I processed it with him of course). bc i never like to share anything i've not first processed with God, my therapist, prayed over, and journaled about. but i'm in a real season of my life of yielding and surrender, especially as it pertains to purpose + creativity so that i can get out of my own way and allow for God to instruct me, - there's been alot of moments of just silence and being still, so that I can allow for God to speak bc like i shared before, i've had the tendency to be overanalytical and God has been constantly downloading to me that this season of my life doesn't call for me to be overanalytical or overly plan anything, - it's a season to yield, trust and surrender - so that i'm able to show up in a way that's honoring & pleasing to him with ease, not pressure. i want to encourage you to reflect on what season of life you're in and create time to get quiet and be still - so that you can begin to yield, hear from God and be instructed on how to move forward w/o having feelings of overwhelmed by what God is calling you to do. this a reminder that you are capable of doing amazing things. bc sometimes i believe that we can have a tendency to overthink and lean on our own understanding and quickly forget the word/assignment that God gave us or instructed for us to do. so, consider this a love tap and a reminder that you ARE capable of doing amazing things, do not psyche yourself out, don't overanalyze your way into disobedience and end up not doing what it is that God called you to do. yield, cast your worries onto God, pray and meditate on Joshua 1:9 and allow for this to be your anchoring scripture. do not shrink back or give up, bc you simply cannot afford to stay the course and trust that God got you!
