Descripción

The Sabbatical is Over! 🎙️ I'm back with new, great episodes. On this week's episode, I sit down with my younger sister to openly discuss the unseen problems and underlying realities of our shared childhood. We explore the concept of childhood trauma—recognizing it as a genuine experience that demands time, kindness, and self-compassion to truly heal from. Our deepest hope is that this conversation offers you comfort and the powerful assurance that you are not alone in your journey.
