The difference between winners and the rest of us is simple. Winners never take their feet of the gas while often times we get comfortable. The first time I was fired from a job, I realized I had two choices: I could either learn from the experience and grow, or I could stay stagnant and unchanged. Initially, I chose to remain still, but this only caused me more pain. Over time, I came to understand that I needed to move forward and continue evolving as a person. Effort is key in life

One of the most important things in accomplishing goals is giving maximum effort. Sometimes we think 50% can get us by and although sometimes it might be just enough, it won't cut it.
