TRANSPARENCY AND DITCHING BOOZE

OK so... this episode is going to be a lot heavier and way more transparent than our previous ones. Yet as hard as it was to do, we knew it was important to share our story in hopes to bring about some light and encouragement into your life and relationships.    We are going to talk about "the break" we took in our relationship over the summer. Yes, we actually separated for a few months. To say it wasn’t easy is an understatement and it forced us to resurface a lot of past issues that we had never fully resolved and ignored for so many years. We needed to address them… we needed to make some changes once and for all... and that we did!   So, get ready as we not only talk about our separation but also Mika's decision to join Christina in the alcohol free lifestyle. We will discuss how alcohol affected us in the past, its affects on Mika, and how giving it up has already made a seriously positive impact within our personal lives, spirits, health and relationship.   This story is about hope, faith renewed and an unwavering fight to protect a love unconditional… no matter what it takes. EVERYONE'S LOOSING IT TO CHAOS

Anyone noticing the massive increase in marriages and relationships that are breaking like never before?   With divorce rates spiking and our sanity under new heights of attack, we want to open up a transparent conversation and at the same time vulnerably share the backstory of our early relationship battles.    How did we manage to find help, fix a few major personality disorders and rebuild a relationship that cold’ve easily failed ten times over?   Peer into some of our past relationship drama and hear all about our experiences with therapy, couples counseling, explosive fights, to daily practices that now help us shift negative attacks into positive outcomes. CHAOS ON TOUR

Ever wonder what life and marriage is like when one of the spouses is an acclaimed musician that’s always away on tour with major bands and artists?   Trying to hold down any marriage these days is hard enough. Add in the fact that your spouse is often thousands of miles away for months and in positions of “influence” is borderline craziness. As this tends to create susceptibility to attacks on the relationship, it can on the other hand build resilience and a much stronger bond between a couple at the same time... if both can endure it.  So on this episode we decided to discuss how we survived the wild road of “touring life”, it’s all consuming debauchery, struggles that show up with being apart for long hauls and some unique curveballs that come with the territory.   Who knows what will come about with Mika‘s ever evolving musical career, but we can both agree that some major growth has taken place within our relationship along the way.  We hope you enjoy this little glimpse into our past and thought no better than to call it “Chaos On Tour.  Party on!
