In his first West Catholic Football Update podcast of the 2023 season, head coach Landon Grove talks about everything fans can expect this summer before the first game of the season vs. Edwardsburg. The team is coming off a State Championship in Division 6 of the MHSAA. In 2023 they will return to Division 5. Head coach Landon Grove and his players address the media at a post-game press conference after his West Catholic Falcons defeated the Negaunee Miners, 59-14 (Nov. 25, 2022) in the Division 6 MHSAA finals. Joining him were junior Carter Perry (#13, SL/DB), senior Timmy Kloska (#22, RB/OLB) and senior Bernie Varnesdeel (#2, QB). In the press conference Kloska said he will remember this season as "family." The team finished the season 13-1 and captured its first state championship since 2017.
