What If You're Not The Problem?
Today I’m talking about detoxing and giving the body a real chance to reset. I just completed a 72-hour water-only fast, and I feel amazing inside and out - and yes, on the scale too. But let me say this clearly: what I did is not for everyone. Sometimes detoxing may mean 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, or even finding a 14-day system that works for your body. Do your research. Listen to your body. Check out your local health food store. Find what supports you. The goal is not to punish your body. The goal is to help your body rest, reset, and start fresh. Reflection question: What is one thing your body may be asking you to let go of?
