You need to come here now!”🏥😭 That was pretty much how our week started – with a loved one in a life-threatening condition and our whole Italian family barging into the hospital, bombarding doctors and nurses with questions and asking them to perform different lab tests!😷🩻 Why not? We have the right to get the best care for our patient. It was a chaotic and tiring week, and our family learned something very important throughout the process. 😩🥱 Like when medical personnel tell you they have no room available, that may not be true! Or when they tell you something about the patient's condition, but you know better! 😡😣 How can you communicate what your loved ones need?
