Jennifer has noticed that she's really desiring more community experiences that emphasize Becoming Better & Bridgette elaborates on a time when she felt she was chasing an addiction of "feeling better". Jennifer notes that she's heard the phrase, "Become Better"  for herself for weeks now and Bridgette is reminded of the necessity for daily practices to maintain a self agency of becoming better when faced with life's daily challenges and negative energies that swirl in our world.
