WSTS 25: Thank You, Professor Watkins

Well, we've reached the season one finale of the award-winning "Who Spectates the Spectators?" In this season finale, Editor-in-Chief of The Spectator, Katelyn Whitlock, sits down with host Eric Perry to give thanks to Professor Denny Watkins. For the last five years, Professor Watkins has quite literally run the Journalism program at CUC all by himself and is now being rewarded for his hard work by not being brought back in the fall. In this episode, Eric and Katelyn discuss their favorite memories of him, how he helped them in their budding journalism careers, and reiterate the sense of journalistic ethics and duty that he installed in both of them. They bid a bittersweet farewell to one of the best professors that Concordia University Chicago had to offer. Thank you all so much for listening this season. Thank you, Professor Watkins
