One of the most important and most commonly misunderstood health actions is hydration. For years we have been told that water…tap water :{ is the best for hydration. For those who could pallet the chlorinated liquid, they consumed a large amount daily, frequently urinated and still found themselves dehydrated. More recently, there has been a push for electrolytes in the water because of the failure of plain water to work. This is a huge improvement, however most commercial products are tainted with synthetic color, flavors (even the “natural stevia” ones) and plastic residue from the bottles.
