Portada del episodio You Have to Stop Over Apologizing & People Pleasing: "Who's Going to Rock the Boats?" (Episode 2)

Descripción

In this episode, Nele dives into and explores one of her worst habits: Over-apologizing. If you are a people pleaser, this podcast is for you. Sometimes apologizing does more harm, when we say "sorry" due to our own insecurities. There is a need to recognize when an apology is truly necessary, or else we risk undermining ourselves (and sometimes others, as well). Recognize that you should not be sorry for being yourself, and become comfortable knowing that not everyone is going to like you.

Disclaimer: This podcast does touch upon my own personal experiences with disordered eating, specifically, related to Orthorexia. If this is a sensitive topic for you, please view at your own risk. In this podcast, Nele talks about being stuck in a rut. When days start to feel like they are playing on repeat, it can be hard to stay productive and find enjoyment in the small things. While establishing a routine can provide structure, it can also become mundane. Tune in to see what changes Nele has made, in terms of her lifestyle, mindset, and daily routine, to become closer with herself.
