About Joel: Joel’s journey with youth began in 2009. He came across a teenager who was assessed to be a youth-at-risk. Although the teen appeared to be kind and well-mannered, it was later revealed that he stabbed someone with a screwdriver. The discovery turned out to be a pivotal moment. Curious and determined, Joel decided to commit his life to helping youths overcome adversity and navigate the unpredictability of life.
