Victoria Valentino is a keynote speaker and media personality. She shares her journey as a multi-rape survivor, sex trafficking survivor, and vintage Playboy centerfold, all before she was 22. In this interview, Victoria discusses how her struggles led her to find sanity and healing, discover her true voice, empower herself to speak her truth and fulfill her life’s purpose. She moved on to become an actress, talk show host, writer, singer, dairy goat farmer, and registered nurse. She home-birthed her youngest daughter while living on the farm. Dr. Patricia Van Pelt has served as a senator in the Illinois General Assembly since 2013. Prior to winning her Senate seat, she ran for mayor of Chicago. When her opponent told everyone Patricia had been a drug addict—which she had been—Patricia received the support and name recognition that helped her win the Senate seat. She is an entrepreneur, author, transformation coach, real estate developer, certified public accountant, community activist, evangelist, and a lifelong resident of Chicago. Her diverse background includes working as steelworker and union steward, co-founding Ambassadors of Christ Church, and founding TARGET Area Development Corporation, a grassroots social justice organization that helped residents evict drug dealers from their neighborhoods.
