Women's Hub Zurich Podcast
When Esther Janssen stepped onto the Women’s Hub stage, it was the first time she spoke publicly about her work as a trauma-sensitive body therapist and her mission to help people with traumatic experiences find self-love again. She was shaking, holding her notes, and very aware of how taboo talking about sexuality and tantric healing still is. That moment changed something. It helped her find her voice, connect with women who recognized themselves in her story, and take the next steps: speaking more openly, publishing her book "Die Magie der absichtslosen Berührung", and reaching a wider audience with her work. In our newest podcast episode, Esther shares what it meant for her to speak in front of an audience for the first time, why honoring your pace matters, and how healing can begin when the body is finally listened to.
