3: My ideas got stolen

This week I came across a new podcast from a leading production company that was identical to a show I had recently pitched to them. I was so gutted. In the end it opened up space for me to think about what I'm trying to achieve and what I want to feel when I create.

2: Shifting perspective

Things are looking really different this week. I'm realising how much perspective was lost to me, about my life and who I am over the past few months. I talk about the therapeutic model of Internal Family Systems (IFS), and how it's helping me rescue the lost parts of myself I so readily abandon.
