Descripción

Welcome to today's episode! Join us with your favorite beverage as we expand on mindfulness and the embodiment of simple actions to help us feel whole. We love vinyasa to practice breath and movement together as a flow system to nurture a self-awareness and presence. Over time, and with practice, we discovered an aha moment: regardless of how we are feeling, we realize that we are always whole. This is a form of self-empowerment that comes in handy when we need it. We can learn to lean on this coping skill through meditation, yoga, and listening in to what our body needs while exercising. When you are practicing yoga, we encourage you to pay attention to where you are in time and space and breathe and move at your own pace. Ask yourself what would create a sense of wholeness that would feel authentic to you right now. Go with that feeling! Please reach out to us! We welcome your questions, thoughts, ideas, and interests! Find us on Instagram at @jessandjosieyoga or email us at yogawithjandj@gmail.com. We look forward to hearing from you! Ep. 22 - Getting Through Difficult Times with Yoga

Welcome to today's episode! Grab your cacao, get cozy and join us! Today's topic is a great reminder that you are the navigator of your life's path. In difficult times we tend to lean into our weaknesses or shadow parts of ourselves. We have opportunities to spin this around and take charge of our presence of mind, become aware of old patterns and habits, then choose to re-center in any given moment. By tuning inward we have easier access to our intuition and the tools we can use to further strengthen our connection to ourselves in real time. Remember to be compassionate with yourself and this process. It's a practice and like we mentioned earlier, an opportunity for a self check-in. With time this process becomes easier and you will know which tools to apply. Please reach out to us! We welcome your questions, thoughts, ideas, and interests! Find us on Instagram at @jessandjosieyoga or email us at yogawithjandj@gmail.com. We look forward to hearing from you! Ep. 21 - Strength, Vulnerability, and Vibrancy

Welcome to today's episode! Grab your cacao, a nice cozy spot, and join our conversation about the power of staying centered. We believe that being grounded is a true super power! In challenging times when you are feeling vulnerable, moving with grace and kindness can make you feel powerless in the moment, but it's quite contradictory in theory. From the outside it may look as if you are weak, but this is the ego-driven power struggle we want to avoid. Finding strength in your convictions and responding with authenticity from within will support your feelings of confidence. Remember to be who you are and own it. It's a powerful and captivating sense of being as long as it's genuine. Your vibrancy will attract a higher frequency and you will learn to distance yourself from lower ones. We've found this kind of awareness supports true and deep feelings of contentment. Please reach out to us! We welcome your questions, thoughts, ideas, and interests!
