All about movement
Movement month is launched in April to promote physical activity among employees, addressing challenges in clinical settings. Micro exercises like walking meetings are encouraged to enhance motivation and confidence. Positive feedback from a previous initiative leads to a virtual walking challenge. April is also recognised as stress awareness month, promoting physical activity as a stress relief technique, alongside various wellbeing activities like Zumba classes.
